چکیده

Background: Microorganisms have potent activity for transferring antibiotic-resistant genes with either chromosomally- or plasmid-mediated characteristics. The purpose of this study was to isolate Lactobacillus from different commercial products and evaluate their potential in development. Chromosomally-or resistant were investigated as well. Methods: In total, strains isolated 20 dairy product samples such cheese yoghurt. isolates phenotypic molecularly identified properties assessed by the disk-diffusion method. Finally, antibiotic characters evaluated plasmid curing via temperatures acridine orange methods. Results: Five paracasei, L. rhamnosus, casei, plantarum, fermentum products. results susceptibility assay indicated that all susceptible amoxicillin imipenem ciprofloxacin vancomycin. Furthermore, responses observed among against streptomycin gentamicin. evaluation resistance revealed gentamicin-resistant type rhamnosus plantarum strains. Conclusions: general, our finding demonstrated some harboured genes. These can be located chromosome group. Hence, frequency pathogenic bacteria might increased after consuming because horizontal transfer antibiotic-resistance bacteria.

Antibiotic resistance of lactic acid bacteria and Bifidobacterium spp. isolated from dairy and pharmaceutical products.

The outlines of antibiotic resistance of some probiotic microorganisms were studied. This study was conducted with the double purpose of verifying their ability to survive if they are taken simultaneously with an antibiotic therapy and to increase the selective properties of suitable media for the isolation of samples containing mixed bacterial populations. We isolated from commercial dairy and...
